Round the Island Race 2011 Crew list.

Members:

Sam Jones: Sam lives in Hereford.  With her hustband, Rob, Sam crews a fast, fun sailing catamaran on Llandegffod Reservior. Although having had limited expereince on bigger boats, Sam's participation in the Cowes 2010 challenge increased her expereince considerably.  Sam has since attended an RYA Competant Crew course.

Rob Jones:  Rob is an expereinced dinghy and catamaran sailor who has previously joined me for a 2 handed race.  Rob is reseerve helmsman for the Round teh Island Race.

Susan Watts: althogh sharing the same surname as Keith, Susan is not related to the skipper.  A former Head Teacher and now education advisor, Susan has her own Bavaria 34 in Portsmouth Harbour.  Although fundamentally a cruising sailo, Susan's sense of adventure will see her tackle most tasks with enthosiasm.

Keith Watts: - Skipper: Keith is a freelance business consultant having recently been Managing Director of a Bristol based IT firm. He is an RYA Yachtmaster having significant cruising and racing experience.

Keith has numerous Round the Island Race completions including twice skippering a yacht to take the Lloyds Bank Trophy for class line honours. Keith has competed once at Cowes week and is experienced with fast, light displacement sailboats.
